All of these endings make a soft "sh" (/ʃ/) sound when we speak:

Tion / Ssion ➔ "shun" (/ʃn/)

Cian / Cio / Cien ➔ sounds like "sh"

These endings sound soft and smooth:

Sion ➔ sounds like "zhun" (/ʒn/)
